TORONTO, ONTARIO
a city full of endless diversity and entertainment, as well as Rioteer Records. Founded in 1996, the once small record label is now the largest in Canada and one of the biggest in the world, signing Canadian bands from all over the country. New and rising bands proudly sport the label, on top of some of the hottest names in music. Whether they're on tour, writing their new album or promoting it, these bands never rest and their lives are our focal point.
The layout, graphics and plot were all created by Jules. The characters and content belong to the members. Do not steal anything or claim it as your own, because flying ninja cats will come and scratch your eyes out.
You'll find everything you need to know to jump right in and begin roleplaying, from the plot and rules to any other important items that you should know. Come here first before creating your character.
All of the character claims can be found here. This includes face claims, phone numbers, usernames, etc. Make sure you make all of your claims after your character is approved.
Post your applications here. If they are incomplete, please mark so in the title. Once your application has been approved, it will be moved by a staff member.
All applications will be moved here upon approval, so don't post your application here. You can also check out the applications of other characters, which might be a good idea if you're planning on roleplaying with them.
Post and respond to plot pages here, to keep track of your relationships with other characters. Plot pages aren't a requirement, but they sure are helpful.
You can have a quick conversation with your friends, annoy your enemies, or beg some cheritable person to cure your boredom via instant messaging. It's a quick and easy way to stay in touch.
Love him or hate him, that's not going to stop him from posting comments about you on his website. You can either ignore the gossip hound, or buy into the madness. It's simply one of the by-products of fame.
Toronto is a big city with massive public transit, so cars aren't always necessary. If you don't feel like taking the bus or a cab, then the TTC is the way to go; it'll get you where you need to be and it's also fairly clean, all things considered.
Home of the Maple Leafs and Raptors, the ACC is one of the busiest arenas in the world. It's also the place for musicians to perform in front of thousands, so you might want to get accquainted, since hopefully, you'll be performing many sold out concerts here.
The CN Tower is Toronto's most famous landmark and tourist attraction. Take a trip to the top for an amazing view and visit the 360 Restaurant while you're there.
Another huge tourist attraction, this enormous mall is one of Canada's biggest and has a store for every taste, and more than you can imagine. If you're a shopaholic or looking for something specific, this is the place for you.
There's no place quite like Chinatown. Extending from Dundas to Spadina, Toronto's Chinatown is one of the largest in the world. You'll never find this many Chinese restaurants or shops anywhere, so if you're in the mood for some Chinese cuisine, or if you're a bargain shopper, the look no further.
Nathan Philips Square, located right in front of city hall, is host to a weekly farmers market, art shows, outdoor concerts, and in the winter, an ice rink and festival of lights.
A beautiful park with beautiful scenery, Queens Park is the perfect place to take an afternoon or late night walk, have a picnic, play a game of football, or whatever you enjoy doing outdoors.
Toronto is home to many bars and clubs, some high profile and others... not so much. This is the place to go if you need to get your drink on, or you're looking to dance the night away and have a good time.
Fran's is one of Toronto's most famous and beloved restaurants, open 24 hours a day, so stop in if you need a bite, especially in those late (or early) hours.
The Canadian equivalent to MTV, this music station is where many artists, both Canadian and international, do interviews to promote any new albums, music videos or concerts.
Sure, Starbucks has taken over the globe, but no one can forget Tim Hortons, Canada's most famous and beloved coffee chain. Besides, everybody knows that Double Doubles and Iced Caps are better than any drink you can get at Starbucks.
Everybody has to live somewhere, despite how expensive it is to live in this city. Whether it's an urban high rise apartment, a nice duplex or just a regular house, home is where the heart is... and where all of your shit is parked, too.
When you're on tour, you'll be spending a lot of time in your tour bus sleeping, killing time, or traveling to the next city, so you best get used to it.
Autograph time! Love it or hate it, it's part of the process of being a famous band on tour. Plus, you wouldn't want to disappoint your fans, would you?
